Giving old buildings a second chance.
We identify properties which are well located, preferably in a walkable, urban setting near transit, that are in need of a little TLC. Mixed-use or multifamily buildings are our target property types.
Filling in the neighborhood.
We’ll take vacant parcels or obsolete buildings and turn them back into something great.
Leveraging our strategic investment in properties in walkable and urban (whether it’s a small town center or a large city neighborhood, and everything in between) areas to support creative placemaking and provide positive returns not just for the project, but for the community and environment as well.
